We are committed to offering opportunities for community involvement to the citizens of Hamden with the hope that these events will also encourage others to visit the village. With this goal in mind we have the following events planned for the upcoming holiday season.
Hometown Christmas at Hammond Hardware
Saturday, November 26, 2022
10am-3pm
To kick off the Christmas shopping season an outside craft/vendor market will be set up in the side lot. Local crafters/vendors will be selling their wares. Hammond Hardware has also hired John Hutchison to offer customers horse and buggy rides around the village for a monetary donation of their choosing. This will also be the first weekend that we will be selling real Christmas trees along with decorations, candy and gifts in the store.
Santa Visit

4pm-7pm
Santa Nick Rose will be visiting Hammond Hardware. He will be available to welcome children and their families and pose for pictures. Cookies and Hot Chocolate/Cider will be available.
